1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading or using SpendSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. THE APP

SpendSnap is a personal expense tracking application that allows users to scan receipts, track mileage, and generate expense reports. SpendSnap is not a financial institution, tax advisor, or accounting service. All calculations and reports generated by the app are for informational purposes only.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

SpendSnap offers a free tier and a paid subscription plan:

• Free: Up to 10 receipts per month at no charge
• SpendSnap Pro: $3.99/month, billed monthly through your Apple ID

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

All billing is processed by Apple through the App Store. SpendSnap never sees or stores your payment information. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly at apple.com/support.

4. FREE TIER LIMITATIONS

Free tier users may scan and store up to 10 receipts per calendar month. The counter resets on the first day of each month. Features including unlimited receipt scanning, mileage tracking, and professional export are available to SpendSnap Pro subscribers only.

5. TAX & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

SpendSnap provides mileage deduction estimates based on the IRS standard mileage rate. These calculations are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. IRS rates and rules change periodically — always verify current rates with the IRS or a qualified tax professional.

SpendSnap is not responsible for any tax filings, penalties, or financial decisions made based on information provided by the app. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. YOUR DATA

SpendSnap stores your data locally on your device and syncs privately via iCloud. We do not have access to your receipt data, expense records, or any personal financial information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.

You may delete your data at any time by deleting the app from your device.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use SpendSnap for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app to generate fraudulent expense reports or tax filings
• Resell or redistribute the app or its outputs commercially

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SpendSnap and all associated content, design, and code are owned by FROCKLE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business expense tracking purposes.

9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SpendSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that OCR scanning will be 100% accurate. Always review and verify auto-filled fields before saving.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FROCKLE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
